Attendance and payroll,
finally one thing
For teams on their feet: sites, kitchens, hotel floors and shop counters. Hours recorded once, every line priced by the rule, and SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR handled on the same run.
Payroll happens where the work does
Hours are recorded where they are worked, at the gate, the kitchen door or the shop floor, and payroll reads from that record. Nothing is copied into a second file on Friday night, so nothing is copied wrong.
One tap, whole shift
One phone at the door times the crew in and out. A tap is recorded even with no signal and sent to the office when there is one, so a bad connection never costs anyone a day.
Hours, not guesses
Overtime, rest days, holidays and night differential are priced as the hours happen, from the rule in force that day. The number on the payslip is the one the statute gives, not the one somebody remembered.
Money in their hands
Cash counted to the coin, a payroll file for your bank, or GCash and Maya by InstaPay. Any mix in one run, and every worker gets a payslip they can read on their own phone.
Paper, group chat and Excel were never one system
Hours arrive on paper, in a group chat and as a photo of a whiteboard, and somebody types them all into a sheet before payday. Two real numbers from two real crews, and both started as a re-key.
overpaid, from one typed digit.
Nobody caught it until the worker did.
paid for one holiday, one crew.
Statute says one. Memory said four.
Underpay once and the shortfall stays claimable for three years under the Labor Code, whether or not anyone noticed on the day.
Record hours once
Type the week into the grid, upload the sheet you already keep, or let the crew tap in at the door. Whichever way the hours arrive they land in one record, and payroll reads from that record. A day off is a reason, not a blank, and nothing is typed a second time.
See attendanceEvery peso opens to its rule
Each line on the payslip shows its rate, its multiplier and the rule it came from, priced by a deterministic engine from the table in force on payday. When a wage order changes, or a court holds one, the run says so on the payslips it touches and on no others.

A few taps, then payday
On payday morning the owner opens the register on a phone: what changed since last week, why, and the handful of things that need a decision. Everything else is already right. One tap approves the run, and nothing is edited in place after that.
Pay them the way they are paid
Some of the crew want cash on site, some a bank credit, and most a GCash or Maya transfer. One approved register produces the envelope count to the coin, your bank’s payroll file and the wallet transfers by InstaPay. PayCrew never holds your money: it moves from your account to theirs.
The crew’s phone
Time in with one tap at the door, signal or none, and watch the shift run on the screen. On payday the payslip is in the same pocket: net pay first, then what was earned and what the law held back, and the money arriving in the account they chose.
